ANO "National Agency for the development of qualifications" is assigned the center of vocational training of workers

The Russian government has identified the NGO "National Qualifications Development Agency" center of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel. The order number 2042-r was signed September 29, 2016 The functions of the ELN will include: 1. The creation of a database of best practices of enterprises and organizations engaged in educational activities, for training, advanced training and retraining of the workforce, taking into account the best national and international practices; 2. The organization of training teaching staff of organizations engaged in educational activities by major programs of vocational training, educational programs of vocational education and additional professional programs, on the basis of professional standards, the best national and international experience; 3. Methodological and consulting support of employers and their associations as well as organizations engaged in educational activities on the application of professional standards, procedures and practices of independent assessment of the qualifications of personnel; 4. The implementation of measures to enhance the prestige of working professions; 5. Preparation and distribution of methodical and information materials on issues of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in accordance with professional standards. ANO "National Qualifications Development Agency" created All-Russian Association of Employers "Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs '(RSPP OER) and the All-Russian public organization" Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs' (RSPP Ltd.).
