
"Set
priority of goods of Russian origin, works and services carried out or rendered
by Russian officials, in carrying out the procurement of goods, works and
services ... in relation to goods originating from a foreign country, works and
services carried out or rendered by foreign persons", - said in a
decision.
The new rules will take effect from January 1, 2017.
Earlier, Medvedev said that decisions on public procurement is necessary,
taking into account the interests of consumers, "that it does not lead to
a narrowing of the market, and washout of goods that are in demand."
"The task of the state - to ensure priority for their products and
services", - stressed the head of government during a meeting with
representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, which was held in
Ulan-Ude on 7 September.
