The
OPEC report said that by the end of the year we expect the index growth over
the previous year by 0.13 million barrels a day — to 10.94 million barrels a
day.
The analysts note that in the second half of oil production in the country will
decrease by 120 thousand barrels per day compared to the first half of the year
amid annual maintenance of infrastructure.
Earlier, energy Minister Alexander Novak said that the balance of supply and
demand on the world oil market began to stabilize. He said this, speaking at
the forum VESTIFINANCE in Moscow. In addition, the Minister predicted a decline
in the share of oil and increasing the share of gas in world markets by 2040.
