Putin: it is possible to support producers of grain in Russia through state procurements

Producers of grain in the Russian Federation it is possible to support also through the system of state procurements, over this option it is necessary to think, the Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday at a big press conference has said.
Grain interventions in the Russian Federation are traditionally used for stabilization of internal prices of corn. However in the current year they weren't carried out yet. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich at the end of September said that the Government of the Russian Federation reads out stimulation of export of grain from the economic point of view more favorable than carrying out interventions.
He has specified that he can't tell yet whether already final decision on subsidizing of rail transportation is made. "But it has to be accepted, and it has to work. And it concerns transportations in general and for export in particular" — Putin has added.
At the end of October the Ministry of Agriculture has published the draft of the government resolution according to which the Russian Railway subsidies in a size of 2,99 billion rubles for transportation can receive 3,2 million tons of grain from 13 Russian regions to the southern, northwest and Far East ports until the end of June, 2018.
