"The imposition of the acquisition of additional products through the establishment of a minimum purchase price is a gross violation of the foundations of civil law and consumer protection law," - said in a statement.
In Rospotrebnadzor reported that currently taking the necessary measures to prevent this and similar disorders. In all recorded cases of violations Rospotrebnadzor consumer rights will be held supervisory and control measures specified actions will be given an appropriate legal assessment and those responsible legal and officials prosecuted as setting a minimum purchase price of the store-oriented retail, is signs of an administrative offense .
The supervisory authority has called to complain to the territorial bodies of Rospotrebnadzor. The purchaser shall specify the "time, place, and circumstances of the imposition of additional purchases."
