Sberbank ATMs adapted for the blind and visually impaired

Sberbank
jointly with the All-Russian Society of the Blind has implemented for the
visually impaired and blind people a special technology services at ATMs.Thanks to innovation, a person can connect the earphone to the ATM and activate specialized service scenario: voice-guided operations, contrast interface, the ability to use a PIN keypad and screen. The client can adjust the volume and select a background for the display of visual information.
The technology is already in force in the Savings Bank ATMs with an audio output, in the future the ability to equip all new ATMs the credit institution.
Previously Managing Director of the department of development of relations with clients of Sberbank, Vladislav Kreynin announced plans to launch a special service for people with disabilities, including home customer service.
