Savings from 18 October lowered rates on mortgage lending products.
Now, "The acquisition of finished housing," and "The acquisition of housing under construction" rate program amount to 12-13,5% per annum in rubles. For applications under the program "Mortgage with state support" rate was reduced to 11.4% per annum.
Young families will be able to apply for a mortgage at rates ranging from 11.25% to 13%.
Savings Bank of Russia on October 1, reduced interest rates on the entire line of consumer loans. Now the minimum rate under the guarantee of individuals is 13.9% per annum.
